My goal with this site is to help guys just like you and me build more muscle, burn fat, and live healthier, stronger, and longer lives.
My muscle-building journey began shortly after college…
All through high school, I was, as Classy Freddie Blassy would say, “A pencil-necked geek.” I was 135 pounds soaking wet without an ounce of muscle on my body.
I had a lot of insecurity and lacked confidence which spelled out into many areas of my life.
Though I tried working out here and there I never had much luck with it and never stuck with a program long enough to see results.
After starting college I started to educate myself more on the principles of building muscle: how to train, what to eat, and everything else I needed to know to finally see results.
It’s amazing what the power of knowledge and action can do…
After 12 weeks of proper exercise and nutrition, I went from 135 pounds of skin and bones to 155 pounds of solid muscle with 10% body fat.
Not only did I look better, but more importantly I felt better, had more self-confidence, and became a completely different person… physically and mentally.
I’ve experienced first hand what working out, building muscle, and eating right can do for you physically and mentally and the power it can have to change your life.
And that’s why I created this website.
First to share my story and inspire others to do the same and second to share information that can help you look better, feel better, and live your best life.
