Looking for ways to increase testosterone naturally?

Then you’re in the right place, read on…

“Dude, I’m working out and lifting, but I’m not getting ripped – I’m not even making a dent.”

That’s what Michael said to me a few days ago.

And he’s not alone.

Lot’s of guys experience this extremely frustrating problem of doing the right things and not being able to gain muscle mass. Like diddly squat muscle mass.

But… it’s not their fault. Seriously.

You see, it’s not just about lifting weights in the gym, eating the right diet, and taking your typical muscle building supplements…

A big part of it is all about testosterone – increasing testosterone specifically.

The Bad News About Testosterone

And when it comes to testosterone I have some bad news…

Testosterone – the holy grail of men’s hormones – has been dropping like a big fat boulder for the past 40 years. Alarmingly, guys on average have 25% LESS testosterone then they did in the 1980s.

Let me repeat – men have 25% less testosterone than in the 80s. It’s CRAZY!

If you don’t have enough testosterone (and you probably ARE low on “T”) then you won’t build muscle like you want to.

It doesn’t matter how much you lift, how clean you eat, and how much protein shakes you’re downing… if you don’t have enough “T” you simply won’t get the results you want.

Not only that, but men with low testosterone are*:

  • 50% more likely to get diabetes
  • 52.4% more likely to develop obesity
  • 40.4% more likely to get high-cholesterol
  • and 42.4% more likely to experience elevated blood-pressure

That’s A LOT of health issues for having Low T.

Fortunately, there are EASY steps you can take to naturally increase testosterone levels in your body.

But first, a word of warning…

Everywhere you look there are Big Pharma ads for various Testosterone creams and injections. These “hormone replacements” are OK for extreme circumstances, but for the average guy they just make your body produce LESS testosterone and INCREASE estrogen production.

That’s because your body will make LESS testosterone when it’s replaced by Big Pharma sources, and any extra T – that gets converted into estrogen.

It’s bad news.

I’m not a doctor, of course, and I can’t give you medical advice. But what I can tell you is this….

Make sure that if you’re taking Big Pharma T that you REALLY need it. And understand the side effects.

In my non-doctor opinion, it’s way better if you can get your body to make testosterone on its own.

So if you’re looking for ways to increase your testosterone naturally, then you’re in the right place.

Here are seven simple ways to raise your testosterone level naturally and improve your health and your ability to get RIPPED.

And they don’t require any injections or creams that will disrupt your NATURAL Testosterone production.

7 Simple Ways to Increase Testosterone Levels Naturally

1. Avoid Soy

Estrogen is what opposes testosterone in your body. So, if you have too much estrogen coming into your body it simply won’t produce as much testosterone.

And that’s why you should avoid soy. Soy is incredibly estrogenic and can result in lower sperm counts and lower estrogen. In a study done at Harvard in 2008, sperm counts in clinic patients were found to be far lower with those who had a lot of soy in their diets.

Avoiding soy (soy milk, soy protein, etc.) is really key to increase testosterone levels in the body.

2. Microwave in Glass or Ceramic

Another estrogenic compound that is incredibly common in our environments today is plastic. Compounds in plastic look like estrogen to your body and disrupt testosterone production, and these compounds can leach into your foods and beverages.

The leaching is particularly strong when plastics are heated so you want to avoid microwaving anything in plastic – use glass or ceramic instead.

If you want to increase testosterone then it’s a good great idea to avoid drinks in plastic and styrofoam as well. Even refrigerated drinks often sit in the hot sun before they get chilled, and so estrogen-like-substances can leach there as well.

3. Use the Supplement Tribulus Terrestris

This supplement – which comes from a fruit producing Mediterranean plant – has been used for centuries to increase sex drive. And guess what the main cause of sex drive is? Testosterone!

And guess what helps guys shed fat and get ripped better than just about anything else? Testosterone.

Taking this natural supplement helps your body increase testosterone production, which is why I recommend supplementing with Tribulus Terrestris.

I’ve found that the Max Gains version of Tribulus Terrestris (Anadroxin) is both pure enough and STRONG enough to have a real effect.

Note: I personally like the Max Gains Bulking Stack which includes Anadroxin.

4. Practice Muscle Building Meditation

Okay, so maybe it’s not really “muscle building meditation”, but I had to make it sound cool so I wouldn’t lose you on this one.

But seriously, nothing kills natural testosterone production more than stress. This sets up a pretty nasty cycle where your body produces less testosterone and then you are less able to take decisive action to handle the stress.

Meditation of any sort helps a lot to combat stress, lower cortisol production (which lowers testosterone) and gives your T a chance to recover. Even just 10 minutes of meditation a day can give you great results. I personally love the Headspace App for iPhone.

5. Eat Foods that are Rich in Zinc

Zinc is an extremely important mineral that can help your body increase testosterone. And without enough zinc, you’ll come up short. Shellfish, beef, and pork all have a lot of zinc. If you’re a vegetarian, consider a zinc supplement.

6. Think About Sex (and Have Sex Too!)

Call me biased, but this is the best way to increase testosterone (IMHO).

Even thinking about sex can increase your testosterone count (I don’t think this will be difficult for most men). So, fantasize as much as you want and watch your testosterone levels go up.

Enjoy!

7. Decrease Your Body Fat

Extra body fat severely decreases testosterone, and this makes it harder to gain muscle.. which makes it harder to decrease body fat. It’s a vicious cycle.

And let’s be honest, at the end of the day in addition to building muscle mass we’re also looking to burn fat to get that lean ripped body that turns heads, right?

In the fitness community, a very popular steroid is Primobolan because of its lean muscle building and fat burning properties. Primobolan helps to retain nitrogen levels and it helps to retain muscle throughout low-calorie diets, making it very popular when trying to get ripped. Unfortunately, as you probably already know, it’s not safe nor natural.

A great natural supplement that mimics Primobolan is Promolex (also by Max Gains) due to its thermogenic and metabolic properties to help you retain muscle mass while shedding fat.

And when you shed fat, your testosterone level will naturally go up.

Note: Just like the bulking stack, Max Gains also offers a cutting stack, which includes Promolex.

So there you have it, seven simple ways to increase your testosterone naturally.

Whether you’re looking to build muscle, burn fat, or just want to improve your overall health these are some of the most powerful things you can do to boost your T levels safely.
