Losing Body Fat as a Skill: This program has plenty of practical how to kind of guidance, but this is my favorite section. We often think about learning a new skill like playing the guitar or golfing. But treat fat loss like it’s something that’s supposed to magically happen.

Cardio Principles: This section goes over the theory of cardio. It includes what works and why and busts through several popular myths (like afterburn). I love that Rusty always includes a large section on the why of his programs because it helps to keep me motivated and moving forward.
Cardio Workouts: This section lays out each step of Rusty’s effective cardio program in easy to follow detail. And it sets you up for success with cycles for every level of fitness and a maintenance cycle.
The Cons of Visual Impact Cardio
You need equipment: Because this course relies on small incremental adjustments to your cardio routine so that you get maximum impact, you will need cardio equipment.
You will either need to be a member at a gym or have a treadmill at home.
